Both mugs are white ceramic and have other have heart-shaped handles.

*Mug #1 is a regular round-shaped coffee mug & mug #2 has one concave side so that it "hugs" mug #1 (see photo #2 & #3)

*Graphic is printed on front & back of each mug. Customization/Personalization is available, contact me with your preferences (i.e.- person's name, design, or photo, etc. may be printed on either mug & on either side).

Captivating Capricorn will package your order with care and consideration after we have received payment for your order. All orders are gift wrapped free of charge.

I do my best to get your jewelry shipped out to you as quickly as humanly possible. However, all of my products are handmade and it takes me time to work on each order unless you are buying "as is" and don't need a custom size, color, etc. Items purchased "as is" will most likely be shipped the same day if purchased before 1:30 pm and the next day if purchased after 1:30 pm.
I ship USPS First-Class Mail Parcel (2-5 days) in a package that is size appropriate.

I do offer shipping upgrades. Please contact me for a quote based on your needs.

My packages are not shipped with insurance, but it can be provided for an additional fee.

I can also upgrade your shipping speed from USPS First-Class Mail, which takes 2-5 business days to arrive via USPS Priority or Express. Please let me know your time frame and I'll provide you with a quote.

Please note that shipping upgrades do not bypass the processing time that is outlined above.

If you accidentally entered the wrong address when filling out your transaction don’t panic, it happens to the best of us. Please contact me ASAP to correct the address.

*If I have already shipped your package, you will be responsible for contacting USPS to track down your package. Once your order is no longer in my possession I am not responsible.

When your order ships you should receive an email that includes your USPS tracking number.

Once I drop your package off at the Post Office it's delivery speed is out of Captivating Capricorn's control.

I'm happy to help you locate your tracking information and assist you with the shipping process, but please keep in mind that USPS is a separate entity from Captivating Capricorn.

Captivating Capricorn is not responsible for any USPS lost packages. Please contact USPS if you fear your package has is lost in the mail. It is not Captivating Capricorn's responsibility to contact USPS about a lost/missing package. I provide insurance for all packages so that you may receive a refund or I will send a replacement in the event of non-delivery

I do provide international shipping services. Please note that I cannot declare your custom forms as a "gift" and/or state that the package is worth less than it is.

I also ask that international customers are patient when it comes to the arrival of their goods. It can take up to a month to receive your package from Captivating Capricorn if it's being shipped abroad.
Regarding USPS custom numbers: It is normal for international packages to appear to have stopped being updated on the customs number when they leave the USA (often will stop being tracked in Greenville, SC). This is due to the fact that once the package leaves the USA it gets transferred to your local postal service and is no longer scanned using USPS's technology. Do not worry if this happens to your customs number. If you are concerned about the time it is taking please contact your country's postal service for more information. Captivating Capricorn cannot do this for you.

Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

Customers are responsible for the shipping fees on returns or exchanges.

I typically do not accept order cancellations because I try to ship jewelry orders ASAP (usually the same day or the following business day). However, if you contact me before I have shipped your order I will do my best to meet your needs with the exception of custom orders that require the purchase of materials or an extended amount of time to make.


I am more than happy to make custom orders. Just message me and we can discuss your ideas. Examples of custom orders would be if you wanted a special color, size or amount.

Sizing details

I use industry standard average sizes when designing my creations and have tried to give the size in each listing. If I failed to do so please contact me or include your size in the notes to seller when placing order.
